Known Issues

10/6/2026: "Today in TPAK History" page:
- Where the found contents, if any, should appear, a browser message appears "The webpage at https://www.goolge.com/a/tpakhistory.net/ServiceLogin?passive=1209600&continue=..." followed by a long string of words and special characters, and then ..."could not be loaded beause: "net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_RESPONSE "
  - This appears to be a permissions issue and is currently in the works and will be resolved shortly.
  - 10/7/2026: Resolved. Results now display. Only one minor issue remains: "Undefined" is shown in red at the top-left of the frame.
10/6/2026: "Search Timeline" page:
- Where the search form should appear, a browser message appears "The webpage at https://www.goolge.com/a/tpakhistory.net/ServiceLogin?passive=1209600&continue=..." followed by a long string of words and special characters, and then ..."could not be loaded beause: "net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_RESPONSE "
  - This appears to be a permissions issue and is currently in the works and will be resolved shortly.
10/6/2026: "Timeline" page:
- Some images in the timeline have broken references, resulting in a small blue box instead of an actualy image/photo.
  - This is due to a Google update that requires further attention from our side. The images are not lost, just currently unaccessible. We will fix this as soon as possible.
- When displayed on a GoogleTV in a web browser app, attempting to move the cursor within the map causes the map to go dark an show an overlaid white text saying "Use two fingers to move the map". This isn't helpful, since the TV or projector remote has no way to simulate swiping with two fingers. Adding buttons to scroll it would be helpful.
  - The map is a library API that does not provide easy ways to implement the needed functionality. We wil see if there is a way to do so using that API. Otherwise, this issue may take a while to resolve using a different map API. No time frame is decided yet for this issue.
10/6/2026: "Donate" page:
- A dialog appears stating a popup is blocked, when browsing in a web browser app on Google TV. It provides a button to continue, though, so it is a minor inconvenience.
  - We will see if there is a real need for a popup, or if the issue is caused by the GivingFuel website and not our own. If ours, it should be resolvable. Otherwise, we'll need to consult with Giving Fuel about this.
10/6/2026: "Upload Media" page:
- Where the upload form should appear, a google sign in message and button appear instead.
  - This is clearly an authorization issue that will be resolved shortly.
